The brief simply explained to create and designed a visually and graphically format of my dissertation.

The dissertation portrays class hierarchy from two contemporary films: ‘The Purge’ (2013) and ‘Parasite’ (2019), these films represents the problems of inequality of the social injustices.

My concept represents the coin as two sides represents the inequality between the two classes: the upper and lower classes. The paper and glue signifies the “system of inequality justices”, as this is what keeps the sides on opposite ends.

The invisible lines represents the division on both classes and each page turned the line moves to the right and resets itself to the left, this shows how the lower class are persistent on achieving to be like the upper class.
